Ronald Paul Fallert, age 82 of Hamilton, passed away at Berkeley Square Retirement Center on Friday, August 14, 2015 at 10:38 PM. He was born in Hamilton on August 13, 1933 the son of Adrian and Lillian (Stempfley) Fallert. Ronald was a veteran of the Korean War with the United States Air Force from 1953 to 1957. He was employed with the United States Post Office as a letter carrier in the Hamilton area for thirty years, retiring in 1992. After his retirement Ronald was employed at Jungle Jim’s for several years. On August 7, 1965 in Hamilton he was married to his lifelong sweetheart, Robin L. Cameron and she preceded him in death in 2013.
He is survived by five nieces, Michelle (Dennis) Ellington of Gratis, Diane (John) Proeschel of Gratis, Donna (Paul) Emerick of Middletown, Betty Ann Parsley of Overpeck, and Connie (Tony) Webb of Overpeck; two nephews, David Cornthwaite of Trenton and Bobby (Sherry) Cameron of West Chester; his sister-in-law, Lee Cameron of Overpeck; Ron Verdin and other numerous family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Barbara Cornthwaite and Joyce Schanie.
Visitation will be held at Hickory Flat Cemetery on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 from 1:45 PM until time of the graveside service at 2:00 PM.
