Ronald B. "Uncle Bubby" Smith

Ronald B. "Uncle Bubby" Smith, age 55 of Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2013. He was born in Cincinnati on March 18, 1958 to Arnold and Mary (Allen) Smith. Ronald was a member of Calvary Christian Center. He enjoyed fishing, and loved spending time out in the sun and with his family.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Smith; sister, Kathy Smith; two brothers, Charles (Sherry) and Dana (Nancy) Smith; nephews, Chad (Jessica) Smith, and Daniel Smith; nieces, Miranda (Robert) Reynolds, Brandi (Nathan) Thomas, and Shelby Smith (Randy Holiday); special aunts, Mildred Saylor, and Bonnie Short; and great nieces and nephews, Kyle, Sophia, Charles, Naomi, Lilly, Catherine, and Allie. He was preceded in death by his father, Arnold Smith; sister, Caroline Smith; brother, Arnold Smith Jr.; and his niece, Tasha Nicole Smith.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jim Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 12, 2013 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
