Rosanna “Rosie” Wagers

Rosanna "Rosie" Wagers, age 62 of Hamilton, passed away at University of Cincinnati on August 14, 2018. Rosie was born in Pineville, Kentucky on September 22, 1955 to Frank Smith Sr. and Senie (Taylor) Smith. On January 15, 1983 in Hamilton, she married Larry Wagers. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. Rosie was a Christian most of her life and was loved by many.

Rosie is survived by her husband of 35 years, Larry Wagers; her children, Tammy Sue Smith, David Earl (Christie) Smith; 10 grandchildren, Michael Todd, David Anthony, Savannah Marie, Cintia Rochell, Daron Joshua, Christina Diane, Logan Wayne, Zackary Ryan, Tristin Danael, Destini Marie, Rose Ann Sue; 3 great grandchildren, Michael Todd, Mason Ty, Genevia Grace; 10 siblings, Loretta (Custer) Laws, Geraldine (Cutty) Laws, Alice Smith, Jimmy (Connie) Smith, Ethel (Robert) Barnett, Schuyler (Beth) Smith, Benton Smith, Donnie (Jane) Smith, Lonnie (Jean) Smith, Frank (Shawna) Smith Jr. Rosanna was preceded in death by her parents; her son Larry Lee Wagers; and one brother, Henry Smith.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 20, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
