Roscoe Rucker, age 81 of Somerville, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Roscoe was born in Berea, Kentucky on January 1, 1940 to Herbert and Ina Rucker. Roscoe served in the United States Army. He retired from AK Steel after many years of service.
Roscoe is survived by his wife, Sue Rucker; his boys, Terry, James and Shane; his grandchildren and great grandchildren; his sister, Clara (the late Dick) Plessinger; his brothers, Frank (Betty) Rucker and Rick (Karen) Rucker; and many nieces and nephews that he thought so much of. Roscoe was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Sylvia Rucker and her sons, Bill, Frankie and Lloyd.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
