Rose Bailey

Rose Bailey, age 77 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Wednesday, February 26, 2014. She was born in London, KY on February 25, 1937 to Walter and Mattie (Raines) George. Her Lord has taken her into His arms and her broken heart is now healed. Rose is now reunited with her husband of 60 years, William H. Bailey.

She is survived by her children, Harold Wayne Bailey, Debora (Burchill) Kinkade, Sherry (Marvin) Jones, Sandy Henson, Linda (Ron) Hawk; siblings, Pearl Moore, Norman (Charlotte) George, Ray George, Gene (Norma) George and Faye Baker; 14 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by Ron (Peggy) House and Danny George, who she raised as her own children; and her very special best friend, Connie Lindsey. She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Bailey; and her parents.

Visitation will be 12noon, until time of service (1pm), Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at the North Point Pentecostal Church, 263 Hancock Avenue, with Pastor Dean Lunsford officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the North Point Pentecostal Church, 263 Hancock Avenue, Hamilton 45011.
