Rowland "Gary" Robinson

Rowland "Gary" Robinson age 57 of Hamilton passed away in his residence on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 8:03 AM. He was born in Hamilton on December 31, 1950, the son of Perry and Betty (Rogers) Robinson. Gary was a member of the Moose Lodge #36 and was employed as a Hi-Low Driver for Ford Motor Company for thirty years retiring in 2003. On March 6, 1995 in Daytona, Florida, he was married to Barbara (Christopher) Temple.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Robinson of Hamilton; one son, Jeremy (Mary Harvey) Robinson of Hamilton; two daughters, Lisa (Brian) Cook and Tabitha (Daren) Turner both of Hamilton; two step sons, Robert (Shannon) Temple of Monroe and Kyle Temple of Fairfield; a step-daughter, Liz (Jake) Bauer of Monroe; one brother, Greg Robinson of Hamilton; two sisters, Janice (Keith) Wells of Reily and Tonda Hubbard of Hamilton and also thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Olan Robinson.

Funeral services will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave. on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 1 PM with Rev. Earl Wombles, Pastor of Brown’s Chapel officiating. Entombment will be in Greenwood Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
