Ruby Alabama Fields

Ruby Alabama Fields, age 89 of Hamilton, formerly of Seven Mile entered into eternal peace with Jesus on Saturday, January 30, 2016. She was an Angel on earth that touched the lives of many, filled with joy, kindness and a light of great love seen by anyone that met her. She loved to sing and her singing will be missed by all, especially the residents and staff of Golden Years.

She was born on January 28, 1927 in Clay County, KY to Charlie and Lucy (Cupp) Hammons. On May 3, 1943 she married Lewis Fields in Manchester, KY, together they share 9 children, Charles (Linda) Fields, Lucy (James) Grollmus, Vickie (Ron) Yancey, James (Brenda) Fields, Lisa Hall, Greg (Cindy) Fields, and David Fields, 23 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a daughter, Linda Rinck, a son James Thomas Fields, and two grandsons, Ronnie and Robert Rinck. David and Lisa would like to extend a special thank you to the staff and aides for their special care of Ruby.
