Ruby Noble

Ruby Noble, age 94 of Canton, passed away at home on Saturday, July 21, 2018. Ruby was born in Owlsey County, Kentucky on March 9, 1924 to James and Helen (Murrell) Riley. Ruby enjoyed gardening and reading. She worked for Brandenburg Furs and later Meijer. On June 7, 1942 she married Henry Noble and together they had four children.

Ruby is survived by her children, James Noble, Sharon (Michael) Rose, Delores (the late Robert) Merrill, and Kathy (David) Wheeler; seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson; her sister, Shirley (James) Mincy; her sister-in-law, Nancy Riley; and numerous other family members and friends. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Henry Noble; eight siblings and her parents.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Granville Pearl Noble officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
