Russell Baker

Russell Carlton Baker, age 51 of Hamilton, passed away at home on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 2:00AM. He was born in Hamilton on April 17, 1964 to Russell E. and Ilene (Shively) Baker. Russell was self-employed. He was a member of the YMCA and attended the Hamilton Christian Center.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Hill, his daughter, Marissa Baker, his brother, James Baker, grandchildren, Waylin, Lanie, and Madelynn, step-daughters, Yulaunda Kiser, Chaundra Hornsby-Knick, and Andrea McIntosh, his best friends, Rhonda and Joe Isaacs, his step-mother, Mary Jo Baker. He was preceded in death by his step-father Jack Crank.

Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 1PM with Wendell Coning officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2015 from 12-1PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Hamilton Christian Center.
