Ruth Denzler

Ruth Miriam Denzler, age 92 of Hamilton, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017. Ruthwas born in New Burlington, Ohio on February 18, 1925 to William and Rose (nee Espel) Burger. Ruth spent many years working as the secretary to the treasurer of Hamilton City Schools. She frequently volunteered in her community for Hospice, Meals on Wheels, and for her church, St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church. Ruth was a good friend and wonderful wife and mother.

Ruth is survived by her children, Dave (Karen) Denzler, Greg Denzler, Beverly (Paul) Wedder, and Kevin (Jeanenne) Denzler; her eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 54 years, Ralph Denzler; her four brothers and a sister

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church, 451 Ridgelawn Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM with Fr. Rob Muhlenkamp officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society or to the charity of choice.
