Sadie Lee (Patrick) Shepherd, age 93 of Hamilton, passed away at Bradford Place on Tuesday, September 16, 2014. She was born in Clark County, KY on May 8, 1921 to John and Fannie (Walling) Abner. She was a member of First Church of God.
She is survived by her children; Delores Jean Evans, Portia Faye (Richard) Stretch, Charles Lester (Connie) Patrick, Lana Arlene (James) Keal, Lisa Kay (Steve) Hires, and Tony Ray (Kathi) Patrick, 15 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 21 great-great grandchildren with two on the way, her special friend, Mildred Jones, and her faithful companion, Cody. She was preceded in death by her loving husbands, Harrison E. Patrick and Charles Shepherd, 2 great grandchildren, 12 siblings, a son-in-law, Ron Evans, and her parents.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 11 AM with Earl Harmon officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home. Condolences can be made at www.browndawsonflick.com.
