Sharon Lewis

Sharon Lewis, age 57, of Hamilton passed away at Ft. Hamilton Hospital on Friday, August 31, 2007 at 9:20 AM. She was born in Hamilton on April 3, 1950, the daughter of Ernest and Ruby (Allen) Emmert. Sharon was employed as a manager at Meijer Gas Station, Hamilton, for several years. She was a devoted mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Lewis Sr.; three children, Amy (Chris) Clemmons, Ronald (Angel) Lewis Jr., and Eric (Kelli) Lewis, all of Hamilton; her mother, Ruby Emmert of Hamilton; six grandchildren, Tara, Ashley, Shelby, Samantha, Dyllan, and Emma; a stepbrother, David Emmert; and many close friends, including her co-workers at Meijer. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Emmert and grandparents Jace and Dora Allen.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Rick Witt of Faith Pentecostal Church of God officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Memorial donations may be made to Susan G.
