Sharon L. Sampson

Sharon L. Sampson, age 64 of Hamilton passed away at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 7:20 PM. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 31, 1944 the daughter of Dale and Mildred (Frederick) Richardson. On September 22, 1984 in Hamilton she married Willie L. Sampson.

She is survived by her husband, Willie L. Sampson of Hamilton; six children, Tammy (Wayne) Lunsford of Hamilton; Paula Thomas of California, Dwayne Wells of Hamilton, Rhonda Wells of Hamilton, Charles (Becky) Sampson of Hamilton, and Denise (Marty) Puska of Fairfield; twelve grandchildren, Justin, Kyle, Dale, Daniel, Jessica, Chad, Kirsten, Chris, Charles Jr., Scott, Christina, and Bradley; a great-granddaughter, Zoey; and four brothers, Jimmy (LaDonna) Richardson of Fairfield, Roger Richardson, Kevin Richardson, and Randy Richardson, all of Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Steven Thomas.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, January 19, 2009 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Randy Sapp of Tuley Road Church of the Nazarene officiating. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
