Shelly Elizabeth Allen-Schubert

Shelly Elizabeth Allen-Schubert, age 55 of Hamilton, passed away at Mercy Hospital Fairfield on Monday, August 17, 2026. Shelly was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 10, 1971 to Austin Allen and Darlene (nee Hargett) Parker. Shelly was a proud Manager, marketing manager and “work Mom” of Texas Roadhouse in Hamilton for over 10 years. She was also a line dance coach for Texas Roadhouse; under her leadership they won their first competition. Texas Roadhouse was a family to Shelly. She was so loved by all that knew her and was known for how ferociously she loved all around her. Shelly is a beloved daughter, sister, fiancé, mother and an adoring Nana to her grandbabies.

Shelly is survived by her mom, Darlene Parker; her fiancé, Kenny New; her children, James (Deanna) Allen, Tyler (Ashley) McNeil, Jaxon (Matthew) Combs, Tori (Naya) DelRio, Kaylee New and Kenny New Jr.; her siblings, Cyndi (Keith) Green, Wesley (Danielle) Allen and Kimberly Swafford; her grandbabies, Kimberly, Maci, Zayden and Amara; her mother-in-law, Debbie Rowland; and her many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Shelly was preceded in death by her dad, Austin Allen.

A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026 starting at 1:00 PM at 5507 Stillwell Beckett Road, Oxford, Ohio 45056. To honor Shelly please consider wearing her favorite color, orange or other bright colors.
