Sherman Brewer, age 55 of Hamilton passed away February 9, 2012. He was born in Hamilton on January 7, 1957 the son of Sherman and Mary Jane (Barnett) Brewer. Sherman was employed as a mechanic. On March 23, 2002 he married Katrina Barnes.
He is survived by his wife, Katrina Brewer; children, Michelle (Steve) Nelson, Charles (Cathie) Brewer, and Jessica Wells; siblings, Vivian Vandervere, Janet Haven, Brenda Brewer, Peggy Hall, Jane Lynn LeFevers, and Mary Louise Feltner; and grandchildren, Courtney, Zachary, Taylor, Caleb, Dougie, and Cali. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sherman and Mary Jane Brewer; siblings, Dora Mae Leece, Dave Brewer, Joyce Collins, and Vernon Eugene Brewer.
Visitation will be 5pm until time of Memorial Service (6pm), Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, with Pastor Larry Davis officiating.
