Sherry Abner

Sherry Abner, age 61 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Cincinnati--Blue Ash on Saturday, March 30, 2019.Sherry was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 27, 1958 to Ray and Athylene (Maggard) Bowling. She graduated from Talawanda High School in 1975. On March 25, 1999 she married Eddie Abner. Sherry enjoyed painting, crafting, writing, reading, and spending time with family.

Sherry is survived by her husband of 20 years, Eddie Abner; her children, Charity Jones and Peyton Abner; her grandsons, Cameron Nichols and Nate Carter; her mother, Athylene Bell; her brother, Jim (Debbie) Bowling; her nieces, Nikki, Ronda, Ashley, and Whitney; her close friend, Regina (Jim) Duggins. Sherry was preceded in death by her father, Ray Bowling.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Gary Beard officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses.
