Sherry Lynn Fornshell

Sherry Lynn Fornshell, age 55 of Ross passed away at her residence on Monday, January 7, 2008 at 10:53 AM. She was born in Hamilton on January 16, 1952 the daughter of Elijah and Edna (Pence) Bailey. Sherry was a 1970 graduate of Talawanda High School. She was employed at Home Federal Savings and Loans and First Financial Bank for more than thirty years. In 1981 in Oxford, she married Jim Fornshell.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Fornshell of Ross; three children, Blair Elizabeth Fornshell of Cincinnati, Brooke Taylor (Chris) Dittman of Hamilton, and David Scott Fornshell of Ft. Pierce, Florida; her mother, Edna Bailey of Hamilton; and two brothers, Gary (Christine) Bailey and Larry Bailey, both of Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her father.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, January 11, 2008 at 1:00 PM with Chaplain Dennis Betts of Vitas Hospice officiating. Burial will follow in Somerville Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
