Shirley A Adkins

Shirley A. Adkins, age 63 of Hamilton, passed away at Ft. Hamilton Hospital on Sunday, March 7, 2021. Shirley was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 29, 1958 to Henry Farley and Mary Patterson Farley. Shirley was very caring and selfless. She was always putting others before herself. Shirley loved antique cars, sushi, fireworks and watching her favorite TV shows. She was a STNA for over 30 years. Shirley was always laughing, cracking jokes and when she was young, she was an absolute beautiful model.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Phil Adkins Jr.; children, David (Summer) Mitchell, Phillip (Kendra) Adkins III, Joseph Mitchell, Dottie (John) Fields and Heather (Tyler) Webb; mother, Mary Farley; sisblings, Johnny Farley, Patricia (David) Shushereba, Bobby Farley, Sherry Jones, Carrie Jones and Debra Farley; numerous grandchildren and one great-grand child. Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Henry Farley; siblings, Kelly Farley and Wilma Lamb.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 12:00 PM with Rev. Denny Fields officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
