Shirley Baker, age 82 of Fairfield, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 16, 2015 at 8:10AM at her home. She was born in Burning Springs, KY on November 1, 1933 to Charley and Rita (Hacker) Thompson. A loving wife, Mom and Grandmother, Shirley was a member of Lindenwald Baptist Church. In 1953 she married Eugene Baker who preceded her in death on July 13, 1974.
She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Baker of Fairfield, OH and Kimberly K. Brindza and her husband Stephen of Mason, OH; and two granddaughters, Melissa Brindza and Sarah Brindza. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 4:00PM-5:30PM at Lindenwald Baptist Church, 460 Symmes Rd, Hamilton, OH. Funeral service will be held immediately following at 5:30PM. Private burial will be held at Milton Westside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to Lindenwald Baptist Church to support missions.
