Shirley F. Grosser

Shirley F. Grosser, age 80 of Hamilton, passed away at Bradford Place on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 9:00PM. She was born in Fayetteville, OH on July 6, 1934 to Wilbur and Dora (Applegate) Woods. In 1953 in Fayetteville, OH she married Paul J. Grosser, who preceded her in death on June 14, 2015.

She is survived by her children, Dennis Grosser, Theresa (Rodger Sparks) Lednik, Rita (Robert) Thomas, Paula (Clyde) Begley, Sherri Lewis, and James Grosser; 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ray (Joyce) Woods and Dale (Gayle) Woods; and two sisters, Helen Jackson and Karen Baker. She was preceded in death by her parents, and five brothers, Robert Woods, Wilbur Dell Woods, Edward Woods, Oreo Woods, and Clarence Woods.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, July 3, 2015 at 11AM with Pastor Wendell Coning officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 3, 2015 from 10AM-11AM at the funeral home. The family would like to give a special thank you to the caregivers at Bradford Place and Vitas Hospice for their care and support.
