Shirley A. Miniard, age 72 of Hamilton passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Friday, September 19, 2008. She was born in Cincinnati on January 11, 1936 the daughter of Ben and Louise (Eggner) Hoerst.
She is survived by seven children, Timothy (Michelle) Miniard, Jeffrey (Lou) Miniard, Paul (Brenda) Miniard, Wayne Miniard, Louise Miniard, Melissa Miniard, and Ramona Miniard; seven grandchildren, Christopher, Tyler, Tiffany, Kayla, Paige, Stephen, and Natasha; three brothers, Rich, Herb, and Ray Hoerst; and three sisters, Lillian Smith, Louise Altenau, and Claire White. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest "Buck" Miniard; her parents; two brothers; and three sisters.
Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
