Shirley L. Stricker, age 88 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Saturday, January 30, 2016. She was born in Springfield, Ohio on August 23, 1927 to Charles and Mildred (Griessman) Elmore. She was a member of St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church and a very devoted mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her children, Jerome (the late Julie) Stricker, James (Lisa) Stricker, her grandchildren, Andrew, Scott, Jarrod (Kristen), Clint, Hannah, Heath, her great grandson, James D, her sister in law Marjorie Becker, Jeanne Stricker, Janet (Cletus) Withrow and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, James "Boots" Stricker, her sister Mary Bromble, brothers Dick and Donald Elmore, Robert (JoAnn) Stricker, Robert Becker and her parents.
Private services held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Hamilton.
