Sophia Lee Mcintosh

Sophia Lee McIntosh, age 68 of Hamilton passed away at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield on Sunday, February 17, 2008 at 2:02 PM. She was born in Preble County on April 1, 1939 the daughter of George and Evaline (Hoose) Hornsby. On February 7, 1959 in Hamilton she married Wayne McIntosh. She is survived by her husband, Wayne McIntosh of Hamilton; two daughters, Doris Jean McIntosh of Hamilton and Donna L. McIntosh of Middletown; two sons, Donald Edward McIntosh of Texas and David Alan McIntosh of London, Ohio; a brother, Stanley Hornsby of Fairhaven; four sisters, Eulo Marie Hornsby of Fairhaven, Ella Mae Shull of Oklahoma, Margie Roark of Eaton, and Betty Carol Zera of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Darrtown Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
