Stella Hyde

Stella Hyde, age 90 of Fairfield, passed away at StoryPoint Fairfield on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. She was born in Clay County, Kentucky on March 11, 1935 the daughter of John and Myrtle (Webb) Stewart. Stella was a member of Faith Pentecostal Church. On July 13, 1957, in Hamilton she married Hunter Hyde and he preceded her in death in 2024.

Stella is survived by her daughter, Donna (Tim) Martin; two grandchildren, Timothy Ryan Martin and Kara Elaine (Jenn) Barber; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and seven siblings, John, James, Roy, Richmond, and Jarmon Stewart, Beaulah Napier, and Bessie Barger.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 12:00 PM with Rev. Rick Witt of Faith Pentecostal Church officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
