Stella M. Powell

Stella M. Powell, age 82 of Hamilton, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 7, 2014. She was born in Hamilton on July 2, 1931 to Calvin and Gladys (Retherford) Frazier. On March 20, 1954, she married the love of her life, Clifford Powell.

She is survived by her husband Clifford, sons Cliffton (Debbie), Kimroy (Irene),Lucian (Jackie),Dewey (Nancy),David (Denna); 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; three beloved sisters and two brothers; and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 1 PM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 10, 2014 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
