Stephen E. Butler

Stephen E. (Monds) Butler, age 67 of Williamstown, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024. Stephen was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 28, 1956. He was a member of the United States Army and loved his ’68 Firebird and his Harley Motorcycle. Stephen enjoyed listening to music, playing his guitar, and taking care of his wife and kids.

Stephen is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sandy Butler; son, Brandon Pennington; grandchildren, Sara Pennington, Hunter Pennington, Isabella Pennington, Chandler Pennington and Colton Pennington; siblings, Vickie (Gavin) Turner, Jackie (TJ) Heatherly, Sharidon (Jason) Wolz and Deuce (Tracy) Monds; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, Phyllis (Mullins) Stumpf and Don Monds; his son, Stevie Butler; and his daughter, Tiffany Stewart.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Terry Unthank officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 26, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to a Veterans Organization of your choice.
