Stephen "Stryker" Stocks

Stephen Alan Stocks, age 42 of Liberty Township, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023. Steve was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina on August 30, 1981 son of Skip Stocks and Gwen Shepard. Steve graduated from Princeton High School. Steve was the light in any room he was in. He didn’t have to have a long conversation with you to have an impact on your life. He knew what to say, what to do, and he did it with passion. Steve had the most respect for anyone and everyone had respect for him. He was just so easy to love and he loved fiercely. He will not be easily forgotten. Steve will always be that light and he will always be remembered for just being him.

Steve is survived by his queen, Keri Stocks; his children, Memphis, Cali, Hendrix “Bubby”, Salem and Winston Stocks; his parents, Carl “Skip” Stocks and Gwen (Edwin) Shepard; his siblings, Ken’E (Jessica), Mike, Anthony, Jessica and Quiana; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Steve was preceded in death by his grandparents, Doll & Joanne Edmondson and Anne "Sugar" & James "Big Pop" Stocks; and his uncle, Andrew "AJ" Stocks.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 3:00 PM with his dad, Rev. Skip Stocks officiating.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. The family is requesting donations in lieu of flowers.
