Suzanne K. Jones

Suzanne K. Jones, age 65 of Hamilton passed away at her residence on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 11:12 PM. She was born in Bellfountain, Ohio on February 2, 1945 the daughter of Charles and Esther (Schwing) Adams. Suzanne was a member of St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church. On September 2, 1967 in Hamilton she married Thomas Jones.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Jones of Hamilton; four children, Patrick Jones, Meghan (Thomas) Bascom, Charles Matthew (Brandy) Jones, and Eddie Jones, all of Hamilton; two grandchildren, Troy Jones and Logan Donovan Jones; a brother, Charles (Bonnie) Adams of Columbus, Ohio; and devoted cousins Sharon Lackey of Hamilton, Kathleen Korb of Fairfield, and Jeannie Reichers of Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Adams; mother and stepfather, Esther and Sing Poynter; and a brother, William Adams.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church, 382 Liberty Avenue, on Monday, August 2, 2010 at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in St. Stephen’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Sunday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
