Thelma "Deanie" Alread, age 82, formerly of Trenton, Ohio was born in Harlan, Kentucky on April 28, 1925. The Lord called His angel home on April 24, 2008.
She will be sadly missed and loved by her daughter and son-in-law, Gayle and Jack Sturgill; four grandchildren, Jack (Sissy) Sturgill, Jill (Jimmy) Pulley, Jaaron Sturgill, and Angel Sturgill; eight great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Jo Angel, Nora (Vernon) Hartman, and Judy (Danny) Philpot; one brother, Roger Angel; and also numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Leon Alread; parents Arnold and Lofamia Angel; one sister; three brothers; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2008 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 12:00 noon at the funeral home with Revs. Danny Philpot and Vernon Hartman officiating. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park.
