Thelma Faucett, age 90, of Hamilton, passed away at Heartland of Woodridge on Tuesday, February 26, 2008. She was born in Hamilton on December 12, 1917 the daughter of Paul William and Gertrude (Nicholson) Wocher. Thelma was a homemaker who was devoted to her family. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and the Rosary Society of the parish. On August 24, 1946 in Hamilton she married Richard L. Faucett who passed away on August 25, 1999. She is survived by four sons, Terry (Bonnie) Faucett of Hamilton, Richard W. (Cynthia) Faucett of Fairfield, Randy (Angie) Faucett of Fairfield, and Timothy (Lorraine) Faucett of Hamilton ; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Marge Wocher; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Michael Faucett; a brother, Carl H. Wocher; and two sisters, Dorothy Mae Starke and Clare Elaine Welsh. Family and friends are invited to attend Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann Catholic Church, 3028 Pleasant Avenue, on Friday, February 29, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Fr. Dennis Dettenwanger, Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Stephen’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Ann Catholic Church.
