Theodore "Teddy" Rogers

Theodore "Teddy" Rogers, age 54 of Hamilton passed away at his residence on Friday, June 17, 2011 at 9:30 AM. He was born in Hamilton on October 15, 1956 the son of Lawrence and Sue (Gordon) Rogers. Teddy was employed at Commercial Drywall Systems.

He is survived by two daughters, Megan (William) Perry of Hamilton and Molly (Reece) Adkins of Indianapolis, Indiana; his mother, Sue Rogers of Hamilton; five brothers, Randy (Debbie) Rogers of Corbin, Kentucky, Bobby (Judi) Rogers, Timmy (Jennis) Rogers, Jamie (Bonita) Rogers, and Tony (Christy) Rogers, all of Hamilton; a sister, Lori (Darrell) Rogers of Hamilton; a granddaughter, Mallory Perry; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; a brother, Terry Rogers; nephew Little Randy; his grandparents; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 9:00 AM with Pastor Glenn Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Teddy Rogers Memorial Fund at any US Bank branch.
