Thomas Montgomery Carroll Jr. born March 23, 1938 in Akron, OH. He married Joyce (Thompson) Carroll on June 6, 1959 in Detroit, MI. He passed away Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017 at Timberhill Baptist Church doing what he loved, running the sound and being an usher, where he was a member for 11 years.
He leaves his wife Joyce of 58 years, his son, Dan and wife, Mary; and his daughter Marsha. He had 3 grandchildren, Mark (Wenting), Christopher (Christine), and Rachael (Christopher Kapucinski) and one great-granddaughter Hayley and many nephews, nieces and close friends. Born and raised in Akron, OH, the son of Thomas and Mildred Carroll and 3 sisters Cheryl, Connie, and Mitzi, who preceded him in death.
He moved to Florida 1972 to establish a printing business, owned and operated Kwikie Duplicating Center for 34 years. He retired and moved to Hamilton, OH in 2006 to be closer to family.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 11AM at Timberhill Baptist Church 144 Timberhill Dr. 45013 with Rev. Scott Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5PM – 8PM at Timberhill Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been set up at Timberhill Baptist. www.browndawsonflick.com
