Timothy H. Mullen

Timothy H. Mullen age 70 of Scipio, OH, passed away Sunday January 4th, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family. Tim was born May 27th, 1955, in Hamilton, Ohio to Harry and Irma (Gilbert) Mullen. Tim attended Reily School and then graduated from Talawanda High School in 1973, where he was a member of the Talawanda FFA chapter.

Tim took over the family farm and dairy at the age of 14, when his father Harry passed away.

Tim loved farming and the land and as he would say "if you do what you love you never work a day of your life."

Tim married Amy Jane Waltz on September 26th, 1986, and together they farmed and raised 4 daughters. Mandy Mullen McQueen, Amber (Andrew) Lang, Emily (Tony) Niccum, and Elizabeth Mullen. His daughters blessed him with 5 grandchildren, Landen, Hannah, Grace, Colten, and Lyla, and he enjoyed sharing with them his love for the farm.

Tim was devoted to his faith and attended Hamilton Christian Center up until 2020 and then attended Mt. Carmel Church where he still attended currently.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Irma (Gilbert) Mullen along with a brother-in-law Doc Taylor. Tim is survived by his wife Amy, all 4 children, and 5 Grandchildren. By his sister's Carolyn Mullen, and Diane Taylor, along with several nephews and nieces.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ernie Murray officiating. Burial will follow at Venice Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
