Tina Chinn

Tina Marie Chinn, age 38 of Fairfield passed away at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield on Saturday, March 21, 2009. She was born in Maysville, Kentucky on November 21, 1970 the daughter of Marvin L. and Patricia (Morgan) Chinn. Tina was a 1988 graduate of Lewis County High School, and later earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix. She was a database administrator at Antioch University and a member of Morning Star Christian Fellowship.

She is survived by two daughters, Shayna Lenay Chinn of Fairfield and Arika Don Davis of Dayton; a grandson, Robert Jackson "RJ" Hatfield of Fairfield; her parents, Marvin (Wilma) Chinn of Vanceburg, Kentucky and Patricia Chinn of Hamilton; two brothers, Gary (Nicola) Chinn of Barstow, California and Jeff Chinn of Brookville, Indiana; two stepsisters, Terri Patton and Trina (Josh) Chinn, both of Vanceburg, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a stepbrother, Glen Ray Gilliam.

Visitation will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, March 26, 2009 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A visitation will also be held at the Globe Funeral Home in Camp Dix, Kentucky on Friday after 6:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at the Globe Funeral Home on Saturday at 1:00 PM with Rev. Ron Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Morgan Cemetery.
