Tracey Lynn Vaughn, age 59 of Richmond, Indiana, passed away at her residence on Sunday, May 10, 2026. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 11, 1967 the daughter of George and Frances (Bell) Henson. On July 8, 1989, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee she married Timothy S. Vaughn.
Tracey is survived by husband, Timothy S. Vaughn; two children, Brooke Marie (Nathan Lee) Vaughn, and John Vaughn; her mother, Frances Henson; five grandchildren, Jax, Stetson, Clayton, Zora, and Skylar; numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by father, George Henson.
A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
