Una June Altman

Una June Altman, age 88 of Fairfield, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017. Una was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 26, 1928 to Elza and Ethel (Young) Brown. June graduated from Seven Mile High School in 1946. On March 4th, 1949, June married Robert Altman of Hamilton. She was a volunteer at Mercy Hospital for 25 years. June enjoyed golfing and spending time with her family.

June is survived by her sons, David (Terri) Altman and Thom Altman; her sister, Jewel Collins; her granddaughters, Nikki (Adam) Roether and Stacey (Jeffery) Akers; her great grandchildren, Haedyn, Christian, Kaelyn, and Olivia; and many other loving family members and friends. June was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Altman; her parents; and her brothers, Donald Brown, Earl Brown, and Michael Brown.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 5, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society and Arthritis Foundation.
