Vera W. (Wenrich) Zeller

Vera W. Zeller, age 96 of Hamilton, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 2:24pm surrounded by the Lyttle family. Vera was born in Schoeneck, Pennsylvania on February 4, 1924 to Raymond and Elizabeth (nee Hollenbach) Wenrich. On May 22, 1946, she married the love of her life, Gene Calvin Zeller Sr. Vera enjoyed sewing, singing, cooking and baking. She was a member of Bible-Way Missionary Baptist Church and loved her church family dearly. Above all, Vera will be remembered for her love of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.

Vera is survived by her sons, Gene C. (Lynette) Zeller Jr. and John (Katie) Zeller; her daughter-in-laws’, Patty Zeller and Pam Zeller; her grandchildren, Melissa Zeller, Kristina (Kenneth) Lyttle, Scott (Sheli) Zeller, Stacy (Scott) Lorah, Joel (Tammy) Zeller,  Melanie (Chris) Smith, Steve Zeller, Chris (Kris) Zeller, Michael (Carol) Zeller, Chad Zeller and Chip (Morgan) Zeller; her 31 great-grandchildren; her 9 great great-grandchildren;  her best friend and sister-in-law, Charmaine Wenrich; and many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Vera was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 51 years, Gene Calvin Zeller Sr.; her sons, Glen, Terry and Craig Zeller; her grandson, Timmy Zeller; and her siblings, Leroy Wenrich, Marguerite Sweigart, Franklin Wenrich and Chester Wenrich.

Funeral service will be held at Bible-Way Missionary Baptist Church, 1324 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 12:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Bible-Way Missionary Baptist Church. Private burial will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park with Pastor Ron Pittman officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Hamilton or to Bible-Way Missionary Baptist Church.
