Vernon E. Robinson

Vernon E. Robinson, age 85 of Hamilton, passed away at his residence on Thursday, November 11, 2021. Vernon was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 18, 1936 to Lincoln Robinson and Margaret (Lear) Robinson. Vernon worked at Southwestern Ohio Steel for many years. On July 5, 1969 in Hamilton, he married Viola D. Gaines. Vernon attended the New Harvest Baptist Church.

Vernon is survived by his loving wife, Viola Robinson; his children, Brenda (Donnie) Marcum and Rev. Michael (Sherri) Gentry; six grandchildren, Ryan (Karla) Marcum, Donald (Amber) Marcum, Christopher (Kelly) Marcum, Bethany (Eric) Naderman, Allana (Matt) Stephens, and Allison (Reggie) Woods; and 19 great grandchildren. Vernon was preceded in death by his parents, Lincoln and Margaret Robinson; and his two brothers, Earl and Arthur Robinson.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Mike Gentry of New Harvest Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
