Vida L. Wyatt

Vida L. Wyatt, age 65 of Hamilton passed away at Ft. Hamilton Hospital on Sunday, March 8, 2009. She was born in Morgan County, Tennessee on July 27, 1943 the daughter of Ewill Milson and Lula Mae (Sweet) Brown. Vida was a wonderful homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed gardening and raising flowers. On July 25, 1963 in Waynesville, Ohio she married Lawrence E. Wyatt.

She is survived by her husband, Lawrence E. Wyatt of Hamilton; a daughter, Cynthia Jean Wyatt of Hamilton; two sons, Stephen Lawrence (Joanie) Wyatt and Darrell Curtis Wyatt, both of Hamilton; two grandsons, Steven James and Dylan Zeb; six sisters, Geneva (Jim) Bowman of Hillsboro, Ohio, Martha (David) Zink of Wilmington, Ohio, Helen Brown of Jeffersonville, Ohio, Irene Brown, Gladys Maggard, both of Banner Springs, Tennessee, and Charlene Evans of Burrville, Tennessee; two brothers-in-law, James (Patricia) Wyatt of Wakeman, Ohio and Cordell (Sharon) Mellott of Hamilton; a sister-in-law, Janet Sims of Hamilton; and a close friend, Anna Gilmore of Mason. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, David and Kelly Brown; and a sister, Carlene Pilaia.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 1:00 PM with Tim Smith, Pastor of East River Road Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
