Virginia Thompson

Virginia “Ginny” Thompson, age 54 of Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Ginny was born on October 13, 1968 to Elmer Thompson Sr. and Margaret (Taylor) Thompson. She was a caring and generous woman who loved spending time with her family and her dog, Maggie.

Ginny is survived by her mother, Margaret Thompson; children, Brian (Kendal), Tony (Amy), Will (Faith), and Angel (Chris); grandchildren, Corbin, Madison, Jimmie, Addie, Liam, Colton, Robert, Cayman, William III; siblings, Tina (John), Kim (Mike), Elmer Jr. (Deanna), Melody (Jon), Sherrie (Daniel), and Ronnie (Chelsea); and numerous other relatives and friends. Ginny was preceded in death by her dad, Elmer Thompson Sr.; mom, Gracie Pennington; grandma, Louise Rice; significant other, Loui Senger; and brother, Gregory Pennington.

A memorial service will be announced by the family at a later date.
