Vivian Parker

Vivian Parker, age 70 of Hamilton passed away at her residence on Thursday September 13, 2012. She was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, the daughter of Matthew and Ambia (Crisp) Stewart. On November 17, 1961 in Hamilton she married Ronald B. Parker, and he preceded her in death in 2005.

She is survived by two children, Ronald D. (Connie) Parker, and Sally (Courtney) McIntosh, both of Hamilton; one brother Bob (Faye) Stewart of Hamilton; one sister, Flo Proffit of Hamilton; four grandchildren, Ambia Reed, Tyler Parker, George Zeek, and Ben Zeek; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Tammy Zeek; one brother Earl Stewart; and one sister Joe Gabbard.

Visitation will be held at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave. on Wednesday September 19, 2012 from 5-8PM. Funeral service will be held Thursday at 10AM at the funeral home with Pastor Rick Witt of Faith Pentecostal Church officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Fort Hamilton Hospital 4th floor, Hospice of Cincinnati, CVS Pharmacy, Dr. Hunter, Dr. Lang, Dr. Kim, and Dr. Kesari for all of their care and support. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be sent to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
