Vuong Cong Bui

Vuong Cong Bui, age 58 of Hamilton passed away at his residence on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at 5:40 PM. He was born in Vietnam on July 18, 1952 the son of Duong and Sam (Nguyen) Bui. Vuong was the owner/operator of Saigon Dragon Restaurant in Fairfield for six years, retiring in 2001. In 1972 in Vietnam, he married Cuc Tran.

He is survived by his wife, Cuc Bui of Hamilton; four daughters, Vi (Tyson) Kindness of Alaska, Anh Thu (Nicholas) Inman of Hamilton, Jannette (Loren) Benge of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Mary (fiancé Chistopher Sams) Bui of Hamilton, a son in Vietnam; seven grandchildren, Jade, Jasmine, Linh, Kaiya, Parker, Thanh, and Tam; two brothers, John Bui of Fairfield and Tim Bui of Las Vegas, Nevada; three sisters, An Bui of Fairfield and two sisters in Vietnam; a sister-in-law, Diane Bui of Batavia; special cousin, Hao Ta of Hamilton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, September 3, 2010 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 10:00 AM.
