Wanda Lou "Granny" Hubbard

Wanda Lou "Granny" Hubbard (nee Trew), age 69, of Fairfield, died on Saturday, July 21, 2007 at University Hospital in Cincinnati. Born to Fannie Durham on June 19, 1938, Wanda graduated from Hamilton High School in 1957 and married Joseph Hubbard on November 15, 1957. Wanda worked many years as a cashier for Liberal Markets and also at Sears in Blue Ash. Wanda was devoted to her family, especially to her children and grandchildren. Wanda enjoyed bowling, baking with her grandchildren, playing cards with her card club, and playing bingo with her sisters and friends.

Wanda is survived by her children, Bobbie Bull and her husband Chuck, Joseph Jr., and Tina Knight and her husband JR; her grandchildren, Amanda Chafin and her husband Darren, Alyssa Bull, Tristan Young, Travis Young, and Joey Ralston; her siblings, Judy Wenrick, Fonda Sue Byrd, and James Flanary and his wife Kim; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lou Hubbard, Jay and Ruth Garland, Jeff and Mary Jane Hubbard, Ben and Norinne Hubbard, Jerry and Nancy Flick, Walt and Joy Hubbard, Jim and Bonnie Stewart, Steve and Jane Burkhardt, Jack and Pam Hubbard, and Judy Vennemeyer; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Joe, on April 18, 2002; her mother and stepfather, Fannie (Durham) and George Flanary; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Frank and Nancy Hubbard; her brother, Bobbie Trew; her brothers-in-law Paul Hubbard and John Hubbard, Sisters-in-law, Gloria Hubbard and Joyce Hubbard.

Funeral Services will be held at the Brown Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., on Friday July, 27th at 2:00 PM with Rev. Greg Andrews of House of Deliverance officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
