Wendell Hamilton

Wendell Hamilton, age 72 of Hamilton, passed away at Ft. Hamilton Hospital on Friday, June 22, 2018. Wendell was born in Ford, Kentucky on April 13, 1946 to Eli and Thelma (Newton) Hamilton. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. Wendell was the President of Little Blue Football, was an active volunteer for East Hamilton Little League, and was an outstanding member of the community.

Wendell is survived by his children, Tracy (Karl) Prautsch, Michele (James) Wells, Melissa (Dave Wilkins) Hamilton, and Curtis (Traci) Hamilton; his companion, Elaine Webb and Her 4 daughters, Linda Mitchell, Cindy Craig, Sherri Kuykendoll, and Terri (Randy) Reed; his grandchildren, 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; his siblings, Mart Bailey, Kay (David) Sumner, Winford (Chris) Hamilton, and numerous other family members and friends. Wendell was preceded in death by his wife, Ginger Hamilton; his granddaughter, Autum Garrett; his great grandson, Westen Hamilton; his sisters, Pearl Bales and Emma Baker; and his parents.

Funeral Service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, OH on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Curtis Moak officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. www.browndawsonflick.com
