Will Caradine Aka Willard C. Clopton Jr.

Will Caradine (aka Willard C. Clopton), age 87 of Cincinnati, passed away at Ft. Hamilton Hospital on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 3:33 PM. Will was born in Washington, D.C. on November 7, 1929 to Willard Sr. and Alta (Orrell) Clopton. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, stationed at Salzburg, Austria. Will was a reporter for the Washington Post before becoming a Psychologist.

Will is survived by his long-time companion, Shirley Douglas; his daughters, Carolyn Gibson and Catherine Clopton; his grandchildren, Christina (Alex) Corey and Ryan Hickey; his great grandson, Matthew Corey.

Memorial service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 3:00 PM with Rev. Wendell Coning officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to the SPCA Cincinnati.
