William Travis Embree, age 77 of Hamilton, passed away at Glen Meadows Nursing Home on Sunday, July 19, 2015. He was born in Irving, KY on July 30, 1937 to Denver and Lena (Webb) Embree.
He is survived by his nephews, Reginald (Marie) Woods, Keith Woods, and Kevin (Crystal) Woods; and a niece, Paula Williams. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Anna Woods, and Mary Whitehill; and his parents.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Tim Mullins of Greenhills United Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2015 from 12:00 - 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
