William Wesley Rider, Jr.

William Wesley Rider Jr., age 34 of Dayton, passed away as a result of an automobile accident on Monday, September 14, 2026. He was born in Oxford, Ohio on February 29, 1992. William was employed as a safety inspector for MPW.

William is survived by his father, William Rider Sr.; his mother, Susan Foley; his sister, April Willliams; two daughters, Willow Rose Rider and Ruby June Rider; his uncle, Frederick James Rider; his fiancée, Kelli Malott; stepdaughter, Lorelai Malott; his grandmother, Vicki (Vern) Webb; and numerous other relatives and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul Rider Sr, and Larry and Nannie Day, and his uncle, Paul Adam Rider Jr.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
