William "Bill" Rigling

William “Bill” Rigling, age 52 of Wilmington, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023. Bill was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 30, 1971 to William Edward Rigling and Rita A. (Schneider) Rigling. Bill graduated from Badin High School, Class, class of 1989. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University. He played football for both Badin and Vanderbilt. Bill enjoyed playing golf and watching The Ohio State Buckeyes. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Bill is survived by his children, Isaiah Rigling, Alexander Rigling, and Elizabeth Rigling; his parents, Rita and William E. Rigling; his sister, Rita (Rod) Georgopoulos; his nieces and nephews, Katelyn & Joshua Georgopoulos and Jasmine & Luke Rigling; and many extended family members and friends.

Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Rigling; as well as his grandparents, Harry & Rita Schneider and William & Marjorie Rigling. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 9:00 AM until the time of his Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church, 382 Liberty Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. Inurnment will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery.
