Willis Frank Forman

Willis Frank Forman, 85 of Hamilton, peacefully left this life on Sunday, November 24th, 2024, surrounded by family in his home. Known to most as Frank, he was born on March 30, 1939 in Sommerville, Ohio to the late Homer and Glady Forman. On November 25, 1959, he married the love of his life, Judy (Collins) Forman of Manchester, Kentucky. Frank will be remembered for his 35 years of service to the community as a service technician for Sears. He loved traveling to Myrtle Beach, camping, fishing, and woodworking. He was well known for his gardening talents, especially for his roses and tomatoes that he was always glad to share. Above all, Frank loved spending time with his family.

Frank will be dearly missed by his son, Daryle (Jacqueline) Forman, Sr.; his sisters, Ruby (Don) Wooton and Della (Bob) Knapp; his granddaughter, Misty (Shane) Miller; his grandsons, Daryle (Kelly) Forman, Jr., Michael (Alana) Murray, and Douglas Burke; and his great-granddaughters, Alivia & Kerrie Miller, Vivianna & Amiella Burke.

He is proceeded in death by his beloved wife, Judy Forman; his parents, Homer & Glady Forman; his son, Frank D. Forman; his daughter Dezirae Sandness; and many brothers and sisters.

The family would like to thank the Hospice of Cincinnati staff and inpatient facility for the compassionate care.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024 from 12:00 NOON until the time of his Funeral Service at 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, OH 45013. Burial will follow at Somerville Cemetery.
