Zella M. Goins was born on November 17, 1933 in Berea, KY to James and Anna (Young) Seals. Zella passed away on May 30, 2018. She is survived by her sister, Vola Ballew, her brother, Troy (JoAnn) Seals, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Goins. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
